Job description
As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. You will work independently or as part of a team.

Install, upgrade, support, and resolve issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.

You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.

Implement software and operating systems using Intune, SCCM or other deployment technologies.

You will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing system.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Experience with on-site support and ticketing system
- Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
- Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure mobile phones (Apple and Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365
- Customer-oriented approach
