Capco has experience assisting financial institutions' leadership on top cyber security priorities through a team with expertise in financial business processes, strategic advisory, cyber programs and security operations., You will be responsible for:

Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in their existing security posture.

Provide expert advice on security frameworks, policies, and best practices to help clients improve their security infrastructure.

Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity strategies, solutions, and plans based on the client's specific needs and goals.

Assist clients in selecting, deploying, and configuring security tools, including firewalls, SIEM systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption solutions.

Offer guidance on incident response planning and help clients develop and implement effective incident response protocols.

Support clients with compliance efforts, including understanding and adhering to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ...) and security frameworks (ISO 27K, PCI-DSS, NIST, ...).

Lead the creation and implementation of security policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure that organizations remain compliant and well-prepared for potential threats.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and advise clients on emerging risks and solutions.

Provide ongoing security monitoring and reporting to clients, ensuring they remain informed of their security posture and any potential issues.

Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth implementation of cybersecurity strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on security strategies, risk management, and security program development. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess their security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and design and implement effective security solutions to mitigate risk. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects, helping organizations enhance their security posture and stay protected against emerging cyber threats.
We are looking for qualified professionals with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity., * 3+ years' proven experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong background in information security.

Experience with cloud security, including securing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.

Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

Relevant experience in cryptography.
Soft skills & Knowledge:

Good knowledge of French OR Dutch (verbally AND written) AND English

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically in high-pressure situations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of secure software development practices and DevSecOps.

Knowledge of Hashicorp technology.
