You'll work closely with IT squads, DevOps, SOC, and security teams to continuously strengthen our security posture.
What will you do?
As Security Engineer:
- Implement and improve security policies and controls.
- Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Develop and fine-tune detection rules and automation scripts (Python, PowerShell).
- Manage enterprise security tools (EDR, PAM, ZTNA, vulnerability management).
- Conduct tabletop exercises and basic infra penetration tests.
- Advice on AD, OS, and cloud security configurations.
As Scrum Master:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security or IT systems engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of infrastructure, OS, and networks.
- Experience with security tooling and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
