- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
- Report and escalate project status to management and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Master's degree?, TMC is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. - 5-7 years of proven experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or both).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
