Junior HCM Developer

At DXC, our Oracle practice brings together specialists in cloud-based HR and ERP solutions, working closely with clients to modernize and streamline their business processes. • Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and operational processes.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and participate in project activities as needed.
• Availability to work 2-3 days on site per week.

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs.
• Understanding of databases, data structures, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, and English is required.
• Passion for learning new technologies and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience is a plus).
