Job description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and related documentation
- Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Monitor development progress and perform functional testing
- Support change management and user training
Requirements
2 years experience English and French and Dutch, * 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Experience with analysis and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French
