Job description
- Conduct market analyses for core product lines effectively.
- Achieve targets within defined customer groups consistently.
- Create technical drawings using SolidWorks for projects., * Creation of market analyses and overviews for the core product lines (product-market matrix)
- Responsibility for achieving targets in the defined customer group
- Preparation of technical drawings with the CAD software SolidWorks
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing relationships
- Improvement of the quality of customer visits through the proactive use of own expertise
- Support of internal and external sales in technically demanding tasks
- Development of customized, economically attractive solutions to optimally meet customer needs
- Willingness to travel 50-60% throughout Switzerland
- Assumption of deputy duties in the hydraulics area
Requirements
- Technical education with advanced training in sales or business.
- Proactive and precise work ethic is essential.
- Fluent in German and good English; other languages a plus., * Completed technical basic training with further education as a technical salesman/woman or technician HF
- Additional training in sales or business administration is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of central lubrication, hydraulics and hydraulic units as well as their application in an industrial environment (experience as a construction or agricultural machinery mechanic is an advantage)
- Proactive, precise and independent way of working
- Native German speaker, good English skills; French and/or Italian skills are a plus
