Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading global transformation initiatives with a strong focus on program management excellence. You will oversee the successful client transition and transformation of services, processes, and technologies across multiple geographies and business units, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable impact. You will set the strategic direction for transformation programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement transition methodologies, change management frameworks, and optimization strategies. You will partner with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in minimizing disruption, maximizing efficiency, and delivering long-term value for clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding, transition execution, and service delivery go-live across global programs.
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems, and services throughout the client lifecycle.
- Program Oversight: Lead and oversee transition and transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize global operations and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Champion continuous process improvements in near-shore and off-shore delivery centers, focusing on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and strategic alignment.
- Strategic Innovation Define and execute transformation standardized program governance framworks, metrics, and reporting across multiple geographies and clients.strategies. Hold full P&L responsibility for the transformation program portfolio, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable growth.
- Project Governance: Own the creation and management of comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution, seamless handover, and robust documentation standards.
- Change Enablement: Oversee change management, communications, and training initiatives to support smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment across transformation programs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business goals.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to business development efforts, including solution design, service implementation planning, and strategic sales support.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor transformation teams across regions, building a high-performing global PMO community of practice.
- Travel: Travel regularly to engage with clients, support delivery teams, and ensure program success.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * ~10 years of experience in program management, business transformation, and strategic change initiatives across global environments.
- A university degree, ideally complemented by certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), TQM, or equivalent transformation methodologies.
- Deep expertise in transition and transformation frameworks, with a strong understanding of procurement outsourcing, shared services or large-scale procurement transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformation and transition programs.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that fosters team development, mentorship, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing large program budgets and contracts.
