Job description
This role requires an experienced transformation leader with strong business acumen, the ability to influence across functions, and a proven track record of delivering impact at scale. You will drive strategic alignment, oversee execution of high-priority initiatives, and ensure that transformation efforts are embedded into Lonza's corporate DNA., * Strategic Leadership: Shape, lead, and manage transformation initiatives that directly support Lonza's corporate strategy and growth ambitions.
- Program Oversight: Provide direction, and shape governance for cross-functional programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and with measurable business impact.
- Executive Sparring Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the Executive Committee, providing strategic insights, structured analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Change Leadership: Champion adoption of new ways of working across the enterprise, inspiring commitment and driving organizational alignment behind transformation objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships across global functions and business platforms to secure sponsorship, resolve issues, and remove barriers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Translate complex business and operational data into meaningful insights, developing executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Capability Building: Develop transformation capabilities across the organization, mentoring team members and embedding best practices to ensure sustainability of impact.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Manufacturing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Several years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategy consulting, or senior leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
- Proven record of leading multi-year, cross-functional transformation initiatives with significant financial and operational impact.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent executive communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Life sciences or manufacturing industry experience highly advantageous.
