Global Data Platform Test Manager (A)

We are looking for a Test Manager for our client, a bank in Zurich, to lead and optimize testing processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery within dynamic project environments, * Prepare and maintain test plans and concepts based on release schedules and project timelines. Ensure availability and adequacy of test resources, including personnel, processes, methods, and tool

• Manage testing efforts and resources within a project or IT area in coordination with stakeholders
• Coordinate and communicate testing activities with upstream and downstream systems (Integration Testing)
• Track and report test execution progress during release test phases, manage issues (Change Requests, Defects, Deviations) found during testing
• Organize and support user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with business users
• Help project teams deploying software packages to the test environment
• Assist in test artifact documentation (Xray or other tools)
• Investigate and suggest test automation possibilities

Do you have experience in Test automation?, * 5+ relevant experience in large data environments, preferably FSI industry

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including development teams, business analysts, and regulators
• Skilled in planning and executing test campaigns (FAT/UAT)
• Knowledge of agile project management and methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Relevant certifications (ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, Test Automation Engineer)
• Proficiency in tools: JIRA, X-Ray, ALM
• Ability to design and implement testing processes aligned with organizational goals
• Good knowledge of German is beneficial, excellent command of English is essential
