Tasks

• Implement complex customer projects using Citrix Netscaler.
• Consult, coordinate, and document ADC solutions for various clients.
• Lead ADC/Netscaler efforts and support cross-team projects., * Implementation of demanding customer projects with Citrix Netscaler
• Consulting, conception, project coordination, implementation, testing, documentation of ADC and, if possible, also workplace solutions for SMEs, enterprise and public customers
• Technical lead for ADC/Netscaler including collaboration in the Competence Center for (further) development of products, services, processes and standards
• Participation in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
• Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams in creating offers, conducting workshops and marketing activities, * International exchange on equal footing in the expert network

• Completed IT training as a System Technician or equivalent.
• Expertise in Netscaler as an Application Delivery Controller.
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Azure Virtual Desktop., * Completed training as a system technician EFZ or equivalent IT training
• Several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably in the IT service environment
• In-depth expert knowledge in Netscaler as Application Delivery Controller, load balancer or gateway including AAA/MFA, SAML/OAuth and Web Application Firewall
• Knowledge in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, FSLogix desirable
• Additional virtual workplace skills (Omnissa, Azure Virtual Desktop) advantageous
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous further development through training and certifications
• Enjoyment of working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact as well as travel activity
• Very good German and good English skills
