What is this role about?
In this role, you develop and optimize sophisticated test programs for electronic assemblies and actively drive the digitalization of electronics manufacturing. You work interdisciplinarily on the industrialization of new products and ensure the technical availability of our test systems.
What tasks will you take on?
- You develop, validate, and optimize complex ICT and flying probe test programs for electronic assemblies - including maintenance and seamless documentation.
- You actively shape the future test strategy and drive the digitalization of electronics manufacturing - in close exchange with equipment manufacturers and technology drivers.
- You review circuit diagrams and layouts for test and production feasibility, thus making a decisive contribution to the successful industrialization of new products.
- You work interdisciplinarily with development, industrial engineering, manufacturing, and project management to sustainably increase quality and efficiency.
- You take over 3rd-level support for test systems and thus ensure the technical availability and further development of production equipment.
Requirements
- Technical education in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in databases and programming knowledge is a plus., * You have a technical basic education and a degree (university/FH/HF) in electrical engineering, electronics, physical engineering, or a related field.
- You bring several years of professional and project experience in a production environment - ideally in electronics manufacturing.
- You think analytically, act in a structured manner, and convince with quality awareness as well as strong communication skills in German and English.
- You have solid know-how in circuit and measurement technology as well as in test processes of electronics production.
- You are proficient in handling databases and networks; programming skills (e.g., Windows software, SPEA test systems) are a plus.
