Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 15 + years of minimum relevant work experience, preferably with a recent Big4 business consulting practice.
  • Previous experience in consulting sales and proposal development, along with involvement in internal company initiatives are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally you should have worked with the leading ERP technology solutions for supply chain & operations management (preferably SAP/Coupa/Ariba).
  • Previous experience in a Global SAP Central Finance design/deployment is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas of supply chain: operating model design, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management.
  • As an advantage we consider experience in large global transformation projects and exposure to improving supply chain or operations functions along the value chain (preferably involving LATAM & China regions).
  • Solid track record in delivering projects as a leader with a high degree of independence.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor geographically diverse team members.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with German or French considered an advantage.
  • Flexibility for travel is also required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Signavio for process mapping.
