• Implement complex customer projects using Microsoft Azure solutions.
• Consult and coordinate Azure solutions for SMEs and enterprise clients.
• Support sales teams in creating offers and conduct customer workshops., * Implementation of demanding customer projects with current Microsoft Azure solutions
• Consulting, conception, project coordination, implementation, testing, documentation of Azure solutions for SMEs and enterprise customers
• Participation in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
• Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams in creating offers
• Conducting workshops at the customer

• Completed education as a System Technician EFZ or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and related services.
• Strong interest in new technologies and continuous learning., * Completed training as a system technician EFZ or equivalent IT training
• Several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably in the IT service environment
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, basic services, and landing zones
• Know-how in the areas of Azure Migrate, networking, security, AVD, container service, and governance
• Knowledge of other Azure services such as analytics, IoT, databases, DevOps or also IaC, Terraform, Biceps is an advantage
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
• Enjoy working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact as well as travel activity
• Very good German and good English skills
