Job description
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive outbound pipeline growth and new client acquisition for Gelato's Smart Wallet SDK and Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS).
This is a mid-level, hands-on role for someone passionate about Web3 infrastructure, eager to learn the technical stack, and confident in running outbound BD cycles from prospecting to close. You'll collaborate closely with senior BD leaders and technical teams to execute strategic outreach and support partner growth across key verticals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in HubSpot?, * 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales (Web3, Infrastructure, or FinTech).
- Demonstrated ability to build outbound pipelines and manage early-stage deal cycles.
- Strong curiosity and understanding of Web3 infra (wallets, rollups, SDKs, or developer tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment., * Existing network among wallets, rollups, or protocol teams.
- Experience with SDK or API-based product sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
