Job description
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap together with the Product Manager and key stakeholders
- Lead the identification of user needs as well as business opportunities
- Translate strategic product goals into executable backlogs that deliver measurable value
- Prioritize features and technical improvements based on business objectives, user feedback, and system health
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery with your agile team
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and UX designers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and user-friendly
- Conduct user research to validate customer needs continuously
- Plan and lead iterations and program increments, aligning dependencies across other product teams and IT-systems
- Monitor performance and operational stability, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and IT security standards while maintaining delivery velocity
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or product management within an agile setup (Scrum, SAFe)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and guide development teams end-to-end
- Technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, or software integration; ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, structured, and curious to understand how our POS products impact real-world pharmacy operations
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy environments is a plus
- Fluent in English, with native-level proficiency in either French or German and able to communicate effectively in the other language
