Office Presence Required Sector: Family Office Only candidates with Swiss residency will be considered, and background checks (criminal and debt records) will be completed We're looking for an IT Infrastructure & Automation Specialist to join our team in Nyon.You'll combine AI, cloud, and automation to streamline processes, optimize infrastructure, and deliver smarter, faster solutions in a dynamic Family Office environment. Your Mission - Automate & Innovate: Build intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell. Automate SharePoint, user provisioning, and business processes, integrating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI. - Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage Microsoft Azure services, hybrid cloud environments, and Windows Server systems to ensure security, scalability, and performance. - Data & Insights: Design dashboards with Power BI, integrating

data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for leadership. - Enable & Share Knowledge: Support teams on AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies, maintaining clear, scalable documentation What You Bring - 3?5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, automation, or AI integration. - Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and automation (PowerShell, Python). - Experience with AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT) and agentic AI concepts. - Fluent English and communicative French. - Strong analytical mindset, excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives. - Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
