Tasks

  • Oversee complex agile development and integration projects.
  • Lead experienced architects and software engineers in projects.
  • Manage customer projects from planning to acceptance., What to expect
  • Management of demanding agile development and integration projects
  • Technical leadership of experienced architects and software engineers within the projects
  • Overall responsibility for customer projects from planning to acceptance
  • Application and further development of project methods for modern and effective project management (agile and classical project methods)
  • Active project participation (requirements engineering, architecture, or also development/technical concepts/user stories or use cases)
  • Conducting prototyping/proof of concept
  • Preparation and moderation/conducting of workshops

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a project leader or software engineer required.
  • Strong knowledge of agile processes like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach., * Very good knowledge of agile development processes/Scrum and associated best practices, certification is an advantage
  • Several years (5+) of experience as a project manager, software engineer, requirement or business engineer
  • Experience with established process models (Scrum, Kanban, RUP) and service models
  • Certificates are an advantage (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, IPMA, PMP, Hermes or similar)
  • High quality standards and experience in quality management
  • Experience and enjoyment working at the interface between customers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong customer orientation, high communication skills and commitment
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
