Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and SAP Analytics Leader with a strong background in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Reporting and SAP Business Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise analytics, planning, and reporting solutions across global organizations. This role will lead modernization and transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, compliance, and scalability within highly regulated environments., * Define and execute technology delivery strategies for analytics, planning, and reporting platforms.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Oversee implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud as the unified data foundation for enterprise analytics.
- Collaborate with Business Product Owners to assess needs, propose scalable solutions, estimate scope and cost, and prioritize based on business value.
- Ensure delivery of secure, reusable, and high-performing analytics solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Manage DevOps and application lifecycle for SAC and Business Data Cloud integrations, ensuring stability and operational excellence.
- Govern delivery processes to comply with IT security, validation, and regulatory standards (including pharmaceutical compliance).
- Track and report progress, success metrics, and user experience outcomes to senior leadership.
- Support modernization efforts by adopting emerging analytics technologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Drive data quality, reporting accuracy, and proactive issue resolution through root cause analysis and process enhancement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Splunk?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning & Reporting) including modeling, integration, and enablement.
- Proven experience implementing and managing SAP Business Data Cloud solutions.
- SAP Business Data Cloud certification (mandatory) and SAP Analytics Cloud certification required.
- Strong knowledge of digital strategy, agile delivery, and vendor management.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and user adoption in enterprise settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
