Tasks

  • Support users in schools and administration with IT needs.

  • Manage hardware procurement, configuration, and updates.

Due to the resignation of the previous position holder, we are looking for an Employee Support TICTS & ICT Administration 80 - 100 % starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The Infrastructure Security IS department is responsible for the city's public properties, IT, cemetery services, swimming pool, park and green areas as well as playgrounds, water, road and sewer maintenance, waste disposal, and general security. Your main tasks Specialist tasks TICTS School:

  • Support for users (teachers, students, external parties, school administration, and school management)

  • User administration M365, Teams, JAMF Pro, Apple School Manager, Exchange, Intune, and

License management.

  • Procure, configure, update, monitor hardware, ensure warranty processing and lifecycle management. (Notebooks, monitors, iPads, printers, copiers, Yealink Teams phones, switches, firewalls, WLAN antennas, WLAN controllers, Apple TVs & interactive whiteboards, projectors, audio systems Specialist tasks ICT Administration:

  • Ensure the technical and operational functionality of the ICT system (IT, telephony, printers, network) 1st and 2nd level support

  • Procurement and maintenance of hardware and software as well as service contracts
  • Collaboration with external service providers in the areas of network, telephony, hardware, and

Requirements

  • Completed IT training and experience in support roles required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft and Apple environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills essential., * Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Good technical knowledge in Microsoft and Apple environments as well as cloud applications
  • High service and solution orientation
