Job description

Characterization, design validation, and qualification of new MEMS pressure sensor products Management and optimization of the R&D MEMS Lab Lab equipment design and maintenance Test definition and data analysis Support for product and process development and improvement Continuous interaction with process teams and suppliers during prototype follow-up, process validation, and ramp-up phases Project planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and design reviews Status reporting and problem-solving (root cause analysis for performance and yield improvement) Production line support in case of yield or quality risks Cooperation with QA for product qualification and failure analysis Maintain and develop high-quality sensor know-how

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sensors?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Electronics, Microtechnology, or related field

  • Experience in MEMS R&D or sensor development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (international environment)
