Job description

The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform area is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank.

We support the interaction between sales employees and customers through digital channels and applications. In doing so, we constantly simplify the everyday work of our sales employees in the areas of customer care, sales, and customer service - always keeping users and customers in focus. The DevOps team "Flamingos" accompanies the further development and integration of a newly purchased CRM software as a SaaS solution, as well as the operation and further development of an application for information such as partner and business authorizations.   • Represent the Agile team "Flamingos" in ART events (e.g., PO-Sync) and place new features & stories early in other Agile teams / implementation vessels
  • Substantively develop the feature involving the Product Manager and the Agile team
  • Create the feature detailed concept & specification with all necessary documentation
  • Responsible for compliance with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and enforcing compliance with the Definition of Done (DoD), both at feature and story level
  • Accompany the feature during implementation and ensure the intended implementation
  • Plan the work for the next PI with the Agile team
  • Test the created release from a business perspective as an Agile team member
  • Responsible for creating, triaging, and planning new stories & features

Requirements

  • University or technical college degree, e.g., in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Engineer, ideally in the CRM area
  • Experience in agile projects and certification in Business Engineering (e.g., IREB) and Product Owner (e.g., SAFe)
  • Strong technical understanding, as well as analytical and conceptual skills with high IT affinity
  • Dynamic, engaging, and integrative personality with a hands-on mentality who places great value on quality
  • You score with your open, empathetic, and team-oriented manner
  • Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
