As a Specialist IT Business Applications Omnichannel, you work closely with our stores, the B2B Salesforce, and the online team to ensure innovative IT solutions and smooth processes across all channels. • You are an important link between our stores, the B2B Salesforce in wholesale, and the digital sales platform of our online shop, ensuring that all channels are optimally supported systemically.
• You bring sophisticated omnichannel processes to life based on SAP S/4HANA and our order systems.
• You take responsibility in (partial) project management for the further development of our digital value chain and work closely with external partners.
• You define requirements for our IT service providers and accompany the implementation up to go-live, including test management and quality assurance.
• You ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to the IT team and the Bruckmühl location.
• You document systems and processes clearly and empower (key) users through training.

• You have several years of experience working with SAP ERP, omnichannel, B2B, or retail applications, ideally in the apparel industry.
• You confidently navigate the interface between the business department, IT, and external service providers and understand both sides.
• You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You have solid experience in (IT) project management and excel in stakeholder management.
• You think entrepreneurially and process-oriented and have a genuine passion for retail and wholesale.
• You are fluent in German and English - both written and spoken.
• You are a communicative personality with high initiative, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
