JUNIOR IT ENGINEER

I am hiring a Junior IT Engineer on behalf of an exciting company redefining digital security and IT services with innovative Swiss precision. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations and systems, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and network components.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, remote access, or on-site.
• Support users with technical inquiries, ensuring reliable and efficient operation of client environments.
• Maintain documentation and system inventories, updating configurations, procedures, and asset data regularly.
• Assist in implementing new workplace and communication solutions, and automate routine tasks with small scripts or tools.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Completed IT education (Informatiker EFZ) in support or system technology, or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in IT support, ideally within a Microsoft-based environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows client/server systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a reliable, team-oriented work style.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of IT networks and Operating Systems.
• Minimum C1 level German or above with a good knowledge of English.
