• You will install Windows servers and take care of related business applications
• You will resolve server hardware and OS issues with vendor support
• You will provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools
• You will participate in server maintenance (after hours) and upgrade server systems, as scheduled
• You will create and improve the relevant documentation

Do you have experience in macOS?, * You MUST have an EU/UK passport

• You MUST speak perfect Italian and B1+ English
• You have 10+ years of experience in the IT sector, and 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration
• You have experience working on large infrastructures
• You have previously worked with various teams in an IT department, collaborating to solve problems together
• You have PowerShell automation experienceYou have a good understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management
