As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Alpian, you'll play a pivotal role in our Cloud Team, driving innovation and excellence across diverse domains. Your responsibilities include providing expert guidance in cloud technologies, enhancing developer experiences, fostering collaboration with various teams, and continuously improving our platform's capabilities. Your leadership will shape the future of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and best practices while embracing the latest advancements in technology and processes., * Expertise and Leadership: Provide top-tier expertise in cloud technologies, serving as a guiding force in this domain. You are responsible for spearheading initiatives that enhance the platform's capabilities and overall performance.
- Developer Experience Enhancement: You apply "Platform engineering" concepts and help improve a seamless developer experience. This involves building and refining self-service capabilities that empower developers, enabling them to execute tasks more efficiently and autonomously.
- Collaboration and Effective Communication: Work closely with various teams (e.g., Product, Security, Software, and Architecture) to identify and address their needs. Your role involves actively driving initiatives, from conception through implementation, ensuring they align with the overarching goals and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek opportunities to enhance the platform, both in terms of technology and processes. You are instrumental in integrating the latest advancements in cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Modern Kubernetes ecosystem: ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, and many other Operators
- Infra as code with Terraform, and GitOps

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Deep expertise in container technologies and managed Kubernetes environments (e.g., GKE).
- Mastery of Istio and service mesh concepts.
- Strong knowledge of core cloud technologies (serverless, networking, storage, databases) and principles (scalability, IAM, security, API Gateways).
- Solid understanding of distributed system architecture.
- Proficiency with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Professional-level English, written and spoken.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technology trends.
- Practical communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated concepts to different stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Google Cloud Platform expertise demonstrated by relevant training or certifications (Professional level).
- Experience in the Financial domain.
- Knowledge of Data Lake / Data Warehouse and ETL architecture frameworks (e.g., Spark, Google Cloud Dataproc, Google Cloud Data Fusion) Data Analytics / Data Integration knowledge.
