Job description

Ensure the engineering and maintenance of the company's video systems and related workflows, particularly in the areas of production servers and video editing systems.

Handle support by managing incidents and ensure the evolution of equipment in connection with suppliers if necessary.

Provide technical expertise, as well as the implementation of equipment within projects.

Provide training and monitor user skill levels on the implemented equipment, as well as share knowledge with department colleagues.

Participate in technological watch through various guilds and prototypes.
Requirements

Mastery of video servers and broadcast video equipment.

Mastery of video post-production tools, environments, and production workflows.

Mastery of digital audio and video production and broadcasting signals, SDI, SMTP.

Knowledge of broadcast systems and environments, controllers, and orchestrators.

In-depth knowledge of broadcast file formats, codecs, and production workflows.
-
In-depth knowledge of protocols and IP stream transmissions, as well as complex network environments.

In-depth knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
-
Practice of Agile and ITIL working methods.
Profile
-
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a broadcast production or post-production environment.

Experience with computer networks.

Leadership, initiative, autonomy and priority management, rigor, availability, and proactivity.

Personal interest in new technologies, innovation, and teamwork.
