About Our Client Company based in Geneva Job Description Cloud Operations Management Oversee daily operations of AWS and OCI environments Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency Define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and service monitoring standards Coordinate incident, change, and problem management processes Provider & Vendor Coordination Manage and oversee tasks performed by nearshore operations teams Monitor adherence to SLAs, security standards, and operational processes Validate deliverable and drive continuous process improvements Infrastructure Strategy & Evolution Build and maintain the roadmap for infrastructure modernization Lead initiatives in cloud migration, automation, and integration with monitoring/security tools Align infrastructure plans with broader digital transformation objectives Support cost forecasting and contribute to budget planning Security & Compliance Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with internal policies Co-manage
Requirements
patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response activities Maintain audit readiness and up-to-date operational documentation The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing cloud infrastructures (AWS and/or OCI) Strong knowledge of IaC and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, OCI Monitoring) Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and security fundamentals Experience working with external service providers or managed service partners Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid integrations - a plus Fluent in English; French is an advantage Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with both technical and business team What's on Offer Attractive package International environment
