Systems Analyst - overarching

• Cross-location requirements engineering and management of international development units
• Professional development and maintenance of application systems, particularly in the area of life insurance
• Analysis and implementation of business requirements into system requirements, as well as responsibility for system changes
• Collaboration in defining requirement standards, project management, and coaching of requirement engineers
• Error management, change management, and agile working in a scalable project environment

• University degree or comparable training with professional experience in relevant areas such as insurance, economics, or computer science
• In-depth knowledge in requirements engineering, preferably with IREB certification, as well as experience in the solution development process
• Expertise in occupational pension schemes (bAV) and life insurance is desirable.
• Analytical skills to capture complex issues, combined with solution orientation and knowledge of relevant business processes
• Very good English language skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, as well as interest in agile working methods
