Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and create AI-powered features and services for Drooms' data rooms. Your work will span the full development lifecycle - from initial experimentation to final implementation - helping shape our engineering stack and bringing cutting-edge research into production.   • Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to evaluate and improve model performance
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using best practices
  • Collaborate on larger features and systems, guiding junior engineers or working students when needed
  • Integrate ML components into the overall application and ensure high reliability and scalability
  • Stay up to date with current research and present findings in Journal Clubs and Tech Talks
  • Use Python and modern ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face) to build and optimize AI features
  • Work with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux
  • Present experiment outcomes clearly and contribute to discussions that shape our product direction

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to develop innovative, data-driven solutions? Then this is the right opportunity for you!, * 3-5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a related field

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, or a comparable technical background
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
  • Skilled in data science libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/plotly/seaborn) and SQL databases
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS
  • Familiar with software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, Bash, Linux)
  • Experience in training and deploying ML/AI models
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferably experience in mentoring, publications, or personal ML projects
  • Very good knowledge of English (our daily working language)
