Senior UX Designer (all genders)

Do you have experience in User research?, * 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or e-commerce environment

• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
• Solid experience with common UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex user interfaces
• Ability to translate technical requirements into user-centered designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - including towards non-design stakeholders
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Should-haves

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic understanding of frontend frameworks)
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud hosting, SaaS, or developer tools
• Basic knowledge of data analytics to support data-driven UX decisions
• German language skills

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer (all genders) to join us full-time and on a permanent basis as soon as possible.
