Senior UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to strengthen our pod (squad) teams and help scale our platform's design system. You'll bring deep expertise in web design while expanding into cross-platform and system-level thinking.

You'll own end-to-end design within a product pod, contribute to the unified design system, and mentor junior teammates. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and a key part of ensuring our platform delivers a seamless experience across app and web., * Pod Ownership: Lead design in one product pod, delivering high-quality UX/UI solutions from discovery through implementation.

• Web Stewardship: Contribute deep web expertise to the design system, ensuring user experiences are best-in-class.
• Design System Contribution: Partner with fellow designers to extend and evolve the unified design system, adding web perspectives and components.
• Cross-Platform Alignment: Ensure app and web designs stay consistent and coherent, bridging patterns and flows.
• Mentorship: Support the growth of our junior designer, sharing knowledge and providing feedback in pod work.

Do you have experience in iOS?, * 5+ years experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio of web and cross-platform work.

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end pod design: research, flows, UI, and developer handoff.
• Deep knowledge of design systems (iOS/Android/Web patterns, accessibility, responsive thinking).
• Strong skills in visual design and interaction design, with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in agile environments.
• A growth mindset: ready to stretch into system-level design and cross-platform work., * Exposure to app design and interest in expanding skills there.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or running feedback sessions.
• Familiarity with design ops practices (documentation, tooling, Figma libraries).
• Background in B2B SaaS or complex platform products.
