We're reimagining creative from the ground up, and we need a visionary leader to make it happen., + Turn current manual creative ideation & production process into AI-driven ad concepting for Meta, programmatic, UAC, ASA, and native
- Establish attribute tagging and auto-insights to continuously recommend winning concepts
- Optimize the in-house AI solution for creative success, keeping us up-to-date with the latest technologies
- Level-up localization for DE, PT, ES and potentially other languages
- Establish AI-powered cross-channel learning exchange & documentation
- Connect performance metrics to creative tests with the help of AI to inform ideation, and collaborate with the data team
- Make CRM creative machine-assisted by default
- Further automate CRM creation for copy, creative assets, on In-App Messages, Emails, and In-App Content Cards.
- Implement AI-powered analysis tools for creative optimization

Requirements
Do you have experience in Spark?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years of experience with a focus on paid marketing in ideation, creation & production of performance marketing assets
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and build stakeholder buy-in for new processes through clear communication and empathy
- Hands-on expertise building AI-driven creative workflows (generative image/video, LLM copy, motion templates, Analysis, QC automation)
- Must have experience with tools such as Figma, Figma Buzz, and generative image/video
- Experience with campaign management, such as Meta Ad Manager, Programmatic Networks, and native advertising
