Job description
- You are the first point of contact for key users and end users regarding questions about SAP CX
- You gather requirements, evaluate them together with the CRM Manager, and manage implementation with internal and external partners
- You are responsible for system updates and release changes in close collaboration with IT and our service providers
- You design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and trainings for optimal use of the CRM system
- You analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and drive continuous system optimization
Requirements
Do you have experience in CRM software?, * You have a relevant degree or possess equivalent practical experience
- You have solid experience in the design, rollout, and support of CRM systems
- You have very good knowledge of the SAP CX system landscape
- You are willing to travel ocasionally for rollouts, audits, and training sessions (up to 20%)
- You have business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
