Job description

Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA's Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems., * Administration, monitoring, and performance optimization of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Analysis, modeling, and further development of database schemas
Design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP modules and customizations
Integration and interface development between ERP and other systems (e.g., warehouse, CRM, BI)
Troubleshooting, support, and issue resolution (SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc.)
Participation in ERP implementations, rollouts, or release upgrades
Data migration and cleansing during system transitions
Preparation of technical specifications, documentation, and user training materials
Close collaboration with business departments, developers, and project managers

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in database administration and ERP environments
Strong SQL skills, experience with stored procedures and performance tuning
Knowledge of one or more ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in ERP customization and/or ERP programming
Familiarity with interfaces (REST, SOAP, OData) and data integration
Experience with data migrations and ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work
Team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation
Good command of written and spoken German and English
