Job description
As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer (m/f/d) at Agile Robots, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled and multi-cultural team. We build powerful software frameworks to orchestrate complex robotic systems and solve challenging tasks. The solutions are sold to various international customers to enable them to control their robotic work cells. Smooth integration and scalable deployment are key goals, * Work on-site at our headquarters in Munich to develop and maintain our robotic programming platform, AgileCore
- Implement, improve, and test computer vision algorithms including but not limited to calibration and its credibility, marker pose estimation, visual servoing and feature detection & registration
- Visualize results in our frontend and translate your complex technical concepts into clear, simple interfaces for non-technical customers
- Integrate third-party RGB camera, depth camera and LiDAR drivers
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently as needed to support projects and customers
- Lead the developments in computer vision, still have the flexibility and curiosity to contribute across your cross-functional team in diverse technical areas beyond your specialization (Behavior and memory management, motion planning, SDK, APIs and protocol support, CICD)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Min. 3 years of full-time experience in computer vision development
- Min. 5 years of full-time industrial experience in software development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in Munich or open to relocate
- Familiarity with version control systems, collaborative development tools, and agile software development practices, * Proficiency in Chinese
- Experience in industry automation and robotics domain
- Practical experience in solving vision problems using training-based methods
- Worked with non-vision related hardware like grippers, AMRs, IOs and communication protocols
