Job description
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware, software, and SaaS tools - from procurement to setup and secure offboarding.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and automations for onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain and manage a reliable device and network environment, including security updates and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to continuously improve our ISMS and successfully pass audits
- Deliver responsive and friendly IT support for our team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Strong knowledge macOS and Windows device management

Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Familiarity with MDM and IAM tools, e.g. Iru (Kandji), Intune, Hexnode, …

Basic understanding of networks and cybersecurity best practices

Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance frameworks

Service-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

Fluent in English (written & spoken) Nice-to-haves

Experience with IT automation or scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)

Exposure to EDR or vulnerability management tools

Experience in a scale-up or fast-moving tech environment
