Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely directly with the CDO directly to design and run transformational programs from tech solutions to communication to training and everything else that is needed to get things done

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements and to drive the transformation forward

Establish strong relationships across the world with our regions and the regional digital leaders to drive transformation and impact

Support in developing a high-performing management and implementation team
Program Management:
- Define and develop transformational programs in a crawl, walk run approach
- Lead and drive the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- You have over 5 years of B2B experience and in parts as a management consultant with strong digital experience (e.g. transformation programs, digital products) in a leading business / digital consultancy
- Strong hands-on experience in working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platforms
- A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the product a success (ownership mindset)
