As a crucial member of our team, your technical and sales abilities will drive effective product presentations and demonstrations for pre- and post-sale engagements. Your role doesn't stop there: you'll be involved at every stage of the process, from demand generation activities with events like Sapphire to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions.
Here's a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
- Deal Support: You are the expert! You understand the customer, you know the processes and you can map the values, our software generates to the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing. You support our customers by leading discussions and workshops, explaining, presenting and demonstrating our solutions and the value for the customer in sales cycles or to reiterate the value at existing customers.
- Demand Generation: Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure. Creating content to inspire our customers.
- Expansion and Adoption: Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries. 3.Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service.
- Advisory and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues and share your knowledge.
- Constant Learning: The software industry is constantly changing, and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in Solution Advisory or CX or other customer facing roles
- Thirst for Knowledge: Open to new technologies and is willing to constantly learn
- Research: Fast understanding of the customer needs, research for further valuable information, and bringing the pieces together.
- Solution-oriented: Think about solutions, not problems. Always with a customer mindset to deliver value with our SAP CX Software Portfolio to our customers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Resilience: The ability to adapt and handle complex and ever-changing situations with the best attitude.
- Expert knowledge/expertise in end-to-end processes/solution matching especially in Lead-To-Cash processes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and lead within internal teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Teamwork and Empathy: A true team player who fosters collaboration and shows empathy towards customers and colleagues
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
Preferred Superpowers:
- Industry Knowledge in one of the key industries: Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, etc.
- Product Knowledge: Ideally, SAP knowledge of S/4 and SAP CX
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of AI in general & self learning mindset
