Job description
As a Senior Software Developer, reporting to the delivery lead, you will be part of a team that works on SmartPath , more specifically our SmartPath biometrics team., * Writing and delivering code for features and modules, debugging existing code and modules and providing technical guidance to less experienced Developers.
- Develop and validate estimates for technical work that will be undertaken.
- On an as needed basis assigning and allocating defects to less experienced Developers.
- Participating in analysis of requirements for designing new application and system features.
- Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments, including performance optimization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in jQuery?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum of 5+ years software engineering experience in a development capacity.
- Profound knowledge of C# is a must.
- Experience in html, javascript and/or jquery is a plus.
- Experience with Windows is a plus, i.e. Windows services, desktop applications, …
- Experience working in an Agile DevOps environment is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SOA: (SOAP, REST, gRPC)
- Experience with AzDo, CI/CD pipelines and Git is a plus
- Ability to estimate and lead the estimation process for small initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences or engineering.
