• Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung von Entwicklungsprojekten
• Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Architektur- und Entwicklungsstandards
• Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware- und Systementwicklung sowie Produktmanagement
• Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Technologien und Plattformen
• Förderung von Wissensaustausch und technischem Know-how im Team
• Teilnahme an strategischen Entscheidungen zur Produkt- und Technologieausrichtung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, technische Informatik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Embedded-Software-Entwicklung (z. B. C/C++, Mikrocontroller, Echtzeitsysteme) sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
• Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur und Systemdesign
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
