AI Model Training & Refinement Specialist - AI

Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines and agentic workflows to ensure scalable, reliable deployment and continuous improvement of AI models in production

Tasks you will take on

• Development and optimization of AI models
• Hyperparameter tuning and performance analysis
• Data preparation and feature engineering
• Model evaluation and A/B testing
• Deployment and monitoring of ML pipelines

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related fields

• Experience in ML/AI projects
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD
• Programming Skills in Python, R, SQL, Git/MLOps
• Experience in model architectures, training techniques, cloud platforms and machine learning framework
• Knowledge in Distributed Computing preferable
