Job description

You'll work hand in hand with our global IT support teams to identify and solve technical issues and their causes. In your role, you'll connect with different user groups to offer individual and first-class customer service and the optimal user experience. You'll join our international team in our Munich office. By building excellent relations with your internal colleagues, you'll take on the role of a Trusted Advisor and Contact person for a wide range of IT related topics and support requests. You'll work with colleagues from different teams and support them to make the most of our technologies. Among other things, you'll ensure that video conference facilities, workstations and IT equipment function properly. Help colleagues use technology better by listening and understanding their usage and shares insights back to global Technology teams. You will also own the problem, provide recommendations, and support end-to-end resolution. Additionally, you will plan and support virtual and in-person events, managing stakeholders' expectations. As a local contact of the global team, you'll also assist with necessary infrastructure repairs and maintenance. In your Advisor role, you'll work closely with our consultants and their teams to help them make the best use of the technology provided to meet their individual needs. Requirements

If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place., * You have completed your studies or an excellent vocational training degree in a specialist area where customer contact and service orientation are important

  • Two years of relevant technical experience, ideally in a professional service environment with a strong focus on customer orientation and satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills and a strong willingness to learn and a passion to develop yourself professionally and personally
  • Knowledge of the standard IT applications for Windows, macOS and iOS as well as troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones and video conferencing systems
  • You excel at a broad interest in IT topics from hardware to software to the latest technological trends
  • Solution-oriented and structured mindset and you distinguish yourself by the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way
  • You have an empathic and open personality, and you can handle challenging situations in a professional manner
  • You communicate convincingly, verbally and in writing, in both English and German
