As a Pre-sales Engineer based in the DACH, you will . You will engage directly with prospects' and customers' technical teams to understand their cybersecurity risks, pain points, and threat exposure through research and structured discovery.

Your core responsibility is to propose SOCRadar's tailored threat intelligence-driven solutions that align with each customer's unique attack surface and risk landscape.

You will develop trust-based relationships with stakeholders, clearly articulating the value and effectiveness of the proposed solutions and demonstrating how SOCRadar's Extended Threat Intelligence (XTI) platform helps mitigate real-world threats across the surface, deep, and dark web.

As a Pre-sales Engineer serving the DACH region, you will be instrumental in enabling SOCRadar's strategic expansion through Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) playing a critical role in the sales process by bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs.

You'll partner closely with MSSPs to position SOCRadar's Extended Threat Intelligence (XTI) platform as a core component of their service delivery enhancing their offerings with scalable, proactive cyber threat monitoring, dark web surveillance, and attack surface management.

Your primary focus will be to understand MSSP partners' operational models, technical architecture, and service-level obligations to help tailor SOCRadar integrations that drive automation, intelligence enrichment, and actionable visibility.

You will lead technical engagements with MSSP architects, SOC teams, and client-facing analysts to co-design solutions that not only meet current detection and response needs, but also create competitive differentiation in a saturated market.

You will cultivate strategic technical relationships, provide guidance on scalable multi-tenant deployments, and ensure that MSSP partners are fully equipped to deliver value-added threat intelligence services built on the SOCRadar platform., * Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify the prospect's cyber risks, use cases, and threat intelligence needs.

Develop tailored threat intelligence solution proposals based on identified pain points and attack vectors.

Perform demos and product walkthroughs to communicate how SOCRadar addresses customer-specific challenges.

Deliver training and onboarding sessions for customers and partners on how to effectively use the SOCRadar platform.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to strategize and win deals.

Lead and manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) and ensure clear success criteria are met.

Prepare use-case documentation and regional threat analysis reports.

Respond to RFI/RFPs, aligning customer requirements with platform capabilities.

Analyze customer incidents to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and guide the customer on the most effective additional services.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor.

Collaborate with MSSP partners to integrate SOCRadar's Extended Threat Intelligence (XTI) capabilities into their service delivery models.

Provide presales support for MSSP-aligned service offerings, including threat monitoring, managed detection, incident response advisories, and dark web threat intelligence integration.

Customize solution architectures that enable MSSPs to scale their operations through multi-tenant XTI platform deployments and streamlined SOC workflows.

Educate and enable MSSP technical and sales teams through workshops, trainings, and use-case-based demonstrations focused on SOCRadar's value in managed services.

Act as the primary technical liaison between MSSP stakeholders and internal product/engineering teams, providing feedback to improve service alignment.

Assist MSSPs in crafting security operations processes that leverage SOCRadar data and insights to enhance their threat response and reporting capabilities.

Support MSSP partner enablement and onboarding efforts, ensuring alignment with SLAs, compliance needs, and regional threat landscapes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, technical sales, or security engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of cyber threat intelligence, attack techniques, and risk management practices.
- Proven ability to conduct technical discovery, evaluate cyber risks, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of tailoring technical content for different audiences.
- Experience with managing POCs, proposal development, and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with Extended Threat Intelligence, including dark web monitoring, brand protection, and attack surface management.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements across the DACH.
