Job description

  • Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on Siemens Camstar and Opcenter Execution Core
  • Conduct requirements gathering and business analysis to determine the needs of our internal clients
  • Implement and customize software solutions using VB.net and C#
  • Manage and configure Windows-based systems and IIS (Internet Information Services)
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Document and test software solutions to ensure quality and functionality

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field

  • Several years of experience in developing and maintaining MES systems
  • Proficient with Visual Studio and development in .net (VB, C#, …)
  • Databases/SQL: Oracle, MSSQL
  • Experience with Windows-based systems and IIS
  • Web Development (JavaScript, ideally Angular and TypeScript)
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and business analysis
  • Proficient in English and German language, * Experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar environment, preferably with Siemens Camstar and Opcenter Execution Core
  • Agile development: Scrum, Atlassian Jira
  • Source control: Git / GitHub
  • CI/CD: Atlassian Bamboo or Jenkins
  • Cloud: AWS
  • Reporting: PowerBI
