Job description
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on Siemens Camstar and Opcenter Execution Core
- Conduct requirements gathering and business analysis to determine the needs of our internal clients
- Implement and customize software solutions using VB.net and C#
- Manage and configure Windows-based systems and IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Document and test software solutions to ensure quality and functionality
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field
- Several years of experience in developing and maintaining MES systems
- Proficient with Visual Studio and development in .net (VB, C#, …)
- Databases/SQL: Oracle, MSSQL
- Experience with Windows-based systems and IIS
- Web Development (JavaScript, ideally Angular and TypeScript)
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and business analysis
- Proficient in English and German language, * Experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar environment, preferably with Siemens Camstar and Opcenter Execution Core
- Agile development: Scrum, Atlassian Jira
- Source control: Git / GitHub
- CI/CD: Atlassian Bamboo or Jenkins
- Cloud: AWS
- Reporting: PowerBI
