Job description
- You will play a key role in ensuring product excellence by designing and implementing effective testing strategies that help our teams deliver high-quality products with confidence.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, tech leads, and cross-functional colleagues to define and validate business requirements that serve both users and business goals.
- You will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using modern tools and technologies - empowering our teams to deliver faster and more reliably.
- You will create clear, well-structured test scenarios for manual and automated testing across integration, end-to-end, functional, and regression levels.
- You will continuously evolve our testing methodologies and automation strategies to make our processes more efficient, scalable, and future-ready.
- You will identify and document quality issues in a transparent and constructive way, fostering shared learning and continuous improvement.
- You will support product launches by ensuring that each release meets our quality standards - helping us build trust with customers and partners alike.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software test automation, with strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Playwright.
- A solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design principles, and SDLC best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and modern testing tools such as Postman or browser DevTools.
- Familiarity with databases (ideally PostgreSQL) and cloud environments (preferably AWS, Vercel, and Supabase).
- Excellent communication skills in English - you value clarity, empathy, and collaboration in your interactions.
- A proactive, curious mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Comfort working independently while thriving in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Bonus: experience in the insurance or finance domain or familiarity with Robot Framework.
