As a Head of Customer Project Delivery you will lead a team of 10+ professional across multiple sub-teams, driving the delivery of high-quality consulting projects within the financial markets domain. Your primary responsibility will be to combine hands-on project management, domain expertise, and team leadership to ensure that your team operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with client needs and organisational goals. You will oversee the structuring and development of the team, support professional growth, and maintain close interaction with customers on key projects. This role demands strong management skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to foster a professional and collaborative work environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the consulting services function, contributing to strategic decisions, and ensuring successful project outcomes in a dynamic and evolving market. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team while working closely with stakeholders across regions.About the Role We are seeking for a CRM administrator and BI Specialist to join our team., CRM administrator: Design and develop the CRM processes Create reporting's for various users and teams

  • Support the setup of interfaces to other Infront systems (i. ex. Marketo, Netsuite; FreshDesk)

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Migrate and maintain data, processes and workflows

  • Onboard new CRM users with trainings, maintain training material and deactivate leavers

  • Be the first touchpoint for CRM users and other stakeholders regarding questions, requests and first level bug support

  • Monitor vendors update schedules and ensure successful rollout. Business Process Analyst:

  • Analysis on cross-systems/department processes like prospect to cash,

  • Sales process or the price increase process

  • Visualization and documentation of key processes

  • Support of cross-department projects Business Intelligence Analyst:

  • Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards based on various data sources

  • Create scheduled CRM reporting's to various recipient groups

  • Create ad-hoc reporting's if required

Requirements

  • University degree in business admin or similar with IT relation.
  • Multiple years of professional experience with CRM software (Salesforce CRM).
  • Strong background in the areas of data analytics, business intelligence, relational databases and KPI visualization.
  • Excellent skills with Analyst BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Excel)
  • Advanced process management skills and knowledge of related software solutions (Visio, MS Planner).
  • Experience in JIRA and confluence desirable.
  • Team player with analytical thinking skill and the ability to navigate an international environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand different problems and develop solutions autonomous.
  • Advanced language skills in English.
