Support the setup of interfaces to other Infront systems (i. ex. Marketo, Netsuite; FreshDesk)

Manage stakeholders

Migrate and maintain data, processes and workflows

Onboard new CRM users with trainings, maintain training material and deactivate leavers

Be the first touchpoint for CRM users and other stakeholders regarding questions, requests and first level bug support

Monitor vendors update schedules and ensure successful rollout. Business Process Analyst:

Analysis on cross-systems/department processes like prospect to cash,

Sales process or the price increase process

Visualization and documentation of key processes

Support of cross-department projects Business Intelligence Analyst:

Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards based on various data sources

Create scheduled CRM reporting's to various recipient groups
-
Create ad-hoc reporting's if required
Requirements
- University degree in business admin or similar with IT relation.
- Multiple years of professional experience with CRM software (Salesforce CRM).
- Strong background in the areas of data analytics, business intelligence, relational databases and KPI visualization.
- Excellent skills with Analyst BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Excel)
- Advanced process management skills and knowledge of related software solutions (Visio, MS Planner).
- Experience in JIRA and confluence desirable.
- Team player with analytical thinking skill and the ability to navigate an international environment.
- Ability to quickly understand different problems and develop solutions autonomous.
- Advanced language skills in English.
