• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges of our clients.
• Extract valuable information from unstructured and large data sources
• Create AI/ML-driven solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on practical applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience with data processing in Spark and Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboarding tools or simple frontends for visualization (Streamlit, Dash, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras).
• Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
