Flutter Engineer

• Build and own end-to-end product features that are used daily by millions of students, directly impacting how they learn and engage.
• Partner closely with product, design, and data to shape what we build - developing strong product opinions and translating them into impactful features.
• Focus on outcomes over implementation, using the best tools (including AI) to move fast and deliver real user and business value.

What success looks like: You'll ship fast, learn quickly, and see your work used by millions of students around the world. You'll contribute to both product direction and engineering quality - bringing clarity to trade-offs, opinions to discussions, and impact to metrics. Over time, you'll become a key voice in the product-engineering loop, known for turning ideas into shipped, loved, and measurable outcomes.

• Fluent English; German is a plus
