Backend Engineer

• Product Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance our platform product, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Process & Automation Optimization: Design, define, and continuously optimize process workflows and automation flows to improve internal operations and engineering efficiency.
• AI Prompt Engineering: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance in real-world applications., * A self-starter with the curiosity to explore and master new technologies.

• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in a startup environment.
